Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every book you receive from Soul & Spine Books. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@soulandspinebooks.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Books must be unused, unread, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Soul & Spine Books.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, digital products, personalized items, and books marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
